Miami Dolphins WR Davone Bess Stops Interview Short For 911 Call
Very unusual story in Miami, The Miami Herald had a very interesting article involving Miami Dolphins WR Davone Bess.
Bess was on the phone in his car, conducting a live radio interview with the Jorge Sedana Show On 790 The Ticket, but stopped the session short after apparently witnessing an accident on his way to the Miami Dolphins’ training facility.
“I’m sorry, I have to call 911,” Bess said on the air. “Can I call you guys in like five minutes? I apologize. I’ll call you right back. I have to call 911 for this man. I’ll call you right back.”
Bess later explained that while he was on the road driving, he witnessed a truck in front of him swerving and then seen the vehicle flip over three times.
Bess stopped to make sure the driver was fine, and when he saw that others had come to the aid of the man, Davone got back into car and finished conducting his scheduled radio interview.
Hopefully now Brandon Marshall can see his teammate is a really good guy, just not nice enough to give up his #15 jersey for a new superstar taking his spot on the roster.
